ABOUT THE SERVICE:
Service connection can be transferred from one place to another provided that there is available service line in the area. The transfer of water service connection will not be made until it is approved and charges are paid.
WHO MUST AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:
Active concessionaire who has to transfer from one place to another and within the serviceable area of the Batac Water District.
REQUIREMENTS:
Accomplished Request for Assistance Form and payment of meter transfer fee and additional materials if any.
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:
Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (NO NOON BREAK)
FEES:
P 160.00 for every transfer of water service connection and completed within a day. P 150.00 per day in excess of one day transfer meter work.
