Reconnection of Water Service


ABOUT THE SERVICE:

Reconnection of water service to a concessionaire without arrearages and who previously opted for a temporary disconnection is free of charge.
However, a concessionaire with arrears shall pay a reconnection fee and his/her arrearages.

WHO MUST AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:

Concessionaires whose water service connection have been disconnected.

REQUIREMENTS:

Accomplished Request for Assistance Form and payment of reconnection fee and arrears, if any.

SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:

Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (NO NOON BREAK)

FEES:

Reconnection fee of P 500.00 and arrears if any.

Inform the Customer Service Asst. D/E of the reconnection. Verify the name of the client from the list of disconnected concessionaires if he/she has arrears. 3 minutes Joel A. Castro

If the client has arrears, give the statement of account and advise client to pay. 5 minutes Joel A. Castro
