ABOUT THE SERVICE:
The management of the Batac Water District attends to maintenance request such as repair of leakages whether transmission line leak, service line leak and meter leak immediately upon receipt of the complaint whether walk-in or phone-in.
Complainants are given feedback form to know if they are satisfied or not with the services rendered by the District.
Maintenance request such as repair of leakages is free.
WHO MUST AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:
Active concessionaires can avail of the service line and meter leaks repair while any concerned citizen may request for transmission line leak repair.
REQUIREMENTS:
Accomplished Maintenance Request Form for walk-in complainant. Identification of the leak location for phone-in informant.
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:
Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (NO NOON BREAK)
FEES:
No fees to be collected.
