ABOUT THE SERVICE:
Water service is disconnected without any fee if a concessionaire voluntarily applies for disconnection however he/she has to pay his/her unpaid charges before the request shall be granted.
The District on the other hand has the right to disconnect delinquent concessionaires without further notice if they failed to pay their obligation twenty (20) days after the due date.
WHO MUST AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:
Active concessionaires who opt to disconnect their water connection with the District.
REQUIREMENTS:
Accomplished Request for Assistance Form and payment of water bill if any.
SCHEDULE OF AVAILABILITY OF SERVICE:
Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (NO NOON BREAK)
FEES:
No fees to be collected.
