ABOUT THE SERVICE:
Water bills are due and payable at the Office of the Batac Water District on the date of delivery of notice to the concessionaire or his authorized agents except during due dates wherein the Customer Service Assistant D will personally collect from those who have not settled their bills. A penalty charge of 25% shall be imposed in addition to the water charge if the payment is not made on or before the due date.
WHO MUST AVAIL OF THE SERVICE:
Active concessionaires and disconnected concessionaires with arrearages.
REQUIREMENT:
Monthly Bill Notice.

Monday to Friday 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. (NO NOON BREAK)
FEES:
No service charge to be collected only the water bill due.
